Griffin and De Jesus pick up wins at The Warriors Cage 19"Blackout"

The Warriors Cage kicked of the new year with a  stacked card filled with some of the top MMA fighters in California. As Porterville's Eagle Mountain Casino hosted The Warriors Cage "Blackout".

In the main event UFC's Ultimate Fighter alumni and current West Coast Fighting Championship middleweight champion (8-1) Max "Pain" Griffin took on Bellator vet Waachiim Spiritwolf. Griffin was able to score with his striking landing some combos and knees throughout the fight. Spiritwolf took the fight to the canvas in round two where he was able to work his ground and pound. The fight was even going into the final round. It was Griffin getting the better in the exchanges and fought any take down attempt by Spiritwolf in round three, as the fight went the distance. Judges scored the fight a split decision for Max Griffin.

The co main event saw former Tachi Palace Fights champ and Bellator veteran Issac DeJesus earn submission of the night and move his record to (12-6). DeJesus met Sacramento's Mike Christensen, who shot in for a take down immediately but would get caught in a guillotine choke. Christensen looked for a way out of the choke but eventually had to submit, as DeJesus tightened up the choke forcing the tap at 1:53 in round 1.

Ryan Reneau defeats David Sierra by majority decision after three rounds of action.

MMA Veteran Anthony "A-Train" Ruiz stopped Owen Rubio in Ruiz's 50th fight of his career. Ruiz took Rubio to the mat in round two, where he landed some hard punches from the side mount until the referee stopped the fight at 2:33 in round 2.

Justin Linn defeats Adrian Lozano by submission with a guillotine choke that forced the tap at just :50 into round 1.

Paul Ruiz defeats Ed Tomaselli by tko, landing some punishing ground and pound. Until the referee has seen enough at 1:14 in round 1.

Visalia's Darren crisp scored the knockout of the night, landing a straight left that

dropped Aziz Rashid at :54 in round 2.

Antoine Smith defeats Gary Evans by unanimous decision.

Jordan Williams defeats JC Llamas by unanimous decision after three rounds.

In what was the fight of the night Cameron Ramirez defeated Edgar Diaz by unanimous decision, Ramirez showed his improved striking and jiu jistu as he moved his record to (2-1).
