Quezada stops Ortiz in 2, Soto Makes quick work of Mendoza at Infamous Fight Cage1

Infamous Fight Cage held their first show tonight, Bringing a Mix Martial Arts event to Dinuba, Ca for the first time ever. IFC treated the Central Valley fans to four amateur MMA bouts and two no gi submission matches .

In the Main event Daniel Ortiz out of All Out Fitness in Hanford took on Leo Quezada out of El Tigre boxing & mma gym. Ortiz took the fight to the ground in round one, but Quezada was able to fight his way back to his feet where he worked his stand up game. In round two Quezada came out aggressive throwing kicks and
punches that had Ortiz backing up. Ortiz would fire off a kick but have it caught, where Quezada then took Ortiz to the canvas and got full mount. Quezada landed hard punches from mount  until the ref stopped the fight :52 seconds in round 2.

The Co main event saw light heavyweights Marcos Soto out of All out Fitness take on Juan Mendoza from Dinuba. Soto wasted no time taking Mendoza down  where he got full mount and landed some hammer fist. Soto then took Mendoza's back locking up a rear naked choke that forced the tap 1:35 in round 1.

Andrew Skyers defeated Anthony Garza by unanimous decision after three rounds. Skyers was able to use his kicks to score and control the ground game throughout the fight with his take downs and some ground and pound.

Porterville's Michael Ruiz defeats Hector "El Paisa" Contreras by submission. Contreras came out swinging as usual, but Ruiz stayed calm and was able to get Contreras down where he got full mount. Ruiz then secured a rear naked choke that forced the tap 1:21 in round 1.

No Gi submission matches:
