in an all out war , after three hard fought rounds,

 it was the " A train" Ruiz taking home the unanimous decision win.

The co-main event featured well-known featherweight Eddie Yagin  (13-4-1) clashing with former UFC vet Diego Saraiva  (14-8-1).

In a Toe- 2-Toe bout that had both fighters bleeding, the fight was stopped By the Dr. at 3:07 of round three, due to a cut over Yagin's eye. The win went to Saraiva by TKO.
